Our Story
DTS is a mission-critical service provider specializing in power processing and HVAC installation, maintenance, and repairs. As a Donwil partner, we have access to an extensive selection of process power and cooling products.
Founded in 1965, Donwil is an exclusive provider for Vertiv, Liebert, Starline, and Hitachi products in Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Eastern Ohio. At DTS, we service all Donwil products and several others that they do not carry.
Created to enhance the Donwil buyer experience beyond sales, DTS connects customers with tailored services to lengthen the lifespan of appliances and solve on-site issues directly.
In 2016, DTS started with just one technician and spread across three states with a fleet of vans traveling to provide quality services to Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. Our team has tripled in the past few years, and we continue to grow with the same core values and principles that made us who we are today.
